We’ll schedule a twenty minute telephone call to get to know one another and see if we’re a good fit.

One-on-one Coaching

Our first session will explore where you are now and where you’d like to progress to.  I’ll ask some questions to understand what you wish to achieve and devise a plan for future sessions based on your needs.

Subsequent sessions will work with key patterns, behaviours, beliefs or values that you wish to transform, building additional skills and the revision of any limiting beliefs that can frustrate the achievement of your goals.
